Privacy Policy

How we handle the personal data of anyone who contacts us, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018, “LGPD”).

1. Who handles your data

This policy applies to the website sitiochuin.com and to communications started through it. For any matter concerning personal data, write to contato@sitiochuin.com.

2. What we collect

Data you send us. When you fill in the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (when provided), the type of interest you select and the content of your message.

Technical data. Like any website, our servers automatically record IP address, date and time of access, pages visited, browser and operating system. These logs exist for security and for the operation of the site.

We do not collect sensitive personal data and we never request financial information or identity documents through the website.

3. Why we use it

We use your data solely to reply to your message, to move forward with whatever you raised — an event, a visit, a partnership or a press enquiry — and to keep the website secure and working. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

4. Legal basis

Processing relies on your consent when you send the message (art. 7, I of the LGPD), on preliminary steps towards a contract when you request commercial information (art. 7, V), and on the legitimate interest of keeping the site secure (art. 7, IX).

5. Who we share it with

Your data may be processed by the service providers that keep the site running — hosting and email. They are limited to the purpose described here. There is no sharing with third parties for any other purpose, except where required by law or court order.

6. How long we keep it

Messages received are stored for as long as the relationship lasts and for the period required to meet legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time.

7. Cookies

This website uses only technical cookies, necessary for it to function. You can block cookies in your browser settings, bearing in mind that this may affect your browsing experience.

8. Your rights

The LGPD gives you the right to confirm that processing exists, to access your data, to correct incomplete or outdated data, to request anonymization, blocking or deletion, to request portability, to withdraw consent and to be informed about sharing. To exercise any of these rights, write to contato@sitiochuin.com.

9. Security

We apply technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration, including an encrypted connection (HTTPS) across the whole site.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date of the latest revision appears below and the version in force is always the one published on this page.
